USCIS Launches Online Form to Request a  Field Office Appointment

On Monday August 21st, USCIS started offering a new online form for individuals, attorneys, and accredited representatives to request an in-person appointment for certain types of appointments, such as customer service-related appointment requests like the ADIT stamp or emergency advanced parole! These appointments are for the local field office without having to call the USCIS Contact Center, to help reduce USCIS Contact Center wait times. With this new tool, individuals can visit my.uscis.gov/appointment to submit a request for an appointment with their own local field office.
