Update – DHS Rescinds Prior Administration’s Termination of TPS Designations for four Countries!

Update: Temporary Protected Status Designations for El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal and Nicaragua Reinstated and Extended for 18 Months(USCIS News Release –  6/20/23)

 

On Tuesday, June 13th, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced cancellation of the Trump Administration’s Termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Designations for El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal, and Nicaragua. This decision now extends TPS designations for 18 Months for current beneficiaries only!
