Summary of Key points for VB for December 2025:

  • Steady progress in most categories, no big reversals (retrogressions).
  • USCIS is allowing the “Dates for Filing chart” this month, meaning you can file I-485 earlier than usual.

The three heaviest backlogs:

  1. India EB-2: May 2013
  2. India EB-3: September 2013
  3. China EB-2: June 2021
