The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be holding a national webinar on Thursday, February 6, 2020 between 2:00 to 3:30 pm (Eastern). This event will include a discussion of USCIS’ new H-1B Electronic Registration Process for Registrants.
To Register for this webinar:
Visit our webinar registration page.
- Enter your email address and select “Submit.”
- Select “Subscriber Preferences.”
- Select the “Event Registration” tab.
- Complete the questions and select “Submit.”
When USCIS has finished processing your registration, you will receive an email with details about the webinar and how to connect.
“H-1B cap-subject petitioners, including those eligible for the advanced degree exemption, are required to first register prospective beneficiaries electronically with USCIS and pay the associated H-1B registration fee in order to enter the beneficiaries into the selection process for filing an H-1B cap-subject petition for FY 2021.”*
