On Friday, July 17th, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that they had received enough petitions to reach the 65,000 H-1B visa regular cap and the 20,000 H-1B visa for the advanced degree (master’s cap) exemption, both are mandated by congress for FY 2027.
