Update
The partial federal shutdown of the U.S. government will not affect USCIS’s fee-funded activities directly. The USCIS offices will remain open and all individuals should attend scheduled interviews and appointments. Some of USCIS programs which will expire or require reauthorization by Congress will be affected.
