Listening Session: Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers

On December 1st, USCIS emailed a bulletin inviting stakeholders to a listening session on Tuesday, December 14th from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The listening session is for stakeholders to provide feedback on modernizing and simplifying regulations governing Form I-140, Petition for Alien Workers, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for employment-based immigrant visa adjudication!
