FY 2027 H-1B Initial Registration Selection Process Completed

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced on Tuesday, March 31st, that it has received enough electronic registrations during the initial registration period to reach the fiscal year (FY) 2027 H-1B cap, including the master’s cap. They stated that selections were made randomly from among those applicants that correctly registered. USCIS has notified all prospective petitioners with selected registrations that they are eligible to file an H-1B cap-subject petition for the beneficiary named in selected registration.
