Federal authorities have refiled the immigration case against a Flowing Wells, AZ woman, while her attorney is seeking dismissal. Karla Toledo was detained on May 18, sent to a detention facility, and later released. Although her case was dismissed earlier this month, she was charged again the following day. Karla Toledo is a DACA recipient!
