The USCIS Forms Updates web page lists their most recently updated forms. The list includes forms as they publish them and includes a brief explanation for the update.
The updated form listed below is their most recent addition to the list, dated August 30, 2023!
Edition Date: 05/31/23. Starting Nov. 1, we will only accept the 05/31/23 edition. Until then, you can also use the 11/02/22 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
Note: On Aug. 30, we extended the grace period from Oct. 16, to Nov. 1, to accept the prior edition.
