Update to Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Standalone Investor. New Edition Dated 03/15/23. 

Edition Date: 03/15/23. Starting May 15, we will accept only the 03/15/23 edition. Until then, you can also use the 06/01/22 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Update to Form I-956, Application for Regional Center Designation. New Edition Dated 03/15/23. 

Edition Date: 03/15/23. Starting May 15, we will accept only the 03/15/23 edition. Until then, you can also use the 05/13/22 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
