The Supreme Court has upheld President Trump decision to revoke the legal status of Haitians here under Temporary Protected Status (TPS)! TPS protected over 350,000 Haitians in the U.S. allowing them to live and work here! This status was given because of the dangerous and lawless conditions in Haiti. The Secretary of Homeland Security has decided Haiti was safe enough for them to return! The Haitians argued that the decision was motivated by racism, but the Supreme Court didn’t agree!
