Form I-539 No Longer Eligible for “Courtesy” Premium Processing

American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has alerted Immigration Lawyers that USCIS has discontinued the practice of providing courtesy (free) premium processing for I‑539s filed concurrently with an I‑129 petition. USCIS cited the need to meet new biometrics requirement for all I‑539 applicants.
